This book is a translation of al-Qawa'id al-Usuliyyah wa'l Fiqhiyyah al-Mu'talliqah bil Muslim Ghair Mujtahid. The book is broken down into 3 sections which covers a wide array of issues relating to the Muslim who is not a Mujtahid. Shaikh Sa'd bin Nasir bin Abd al-Aziz al-Shithri summarised the core issues and covers pertinent issues such as who does a Muslim ask for Fatwa, what does the Muslim do if the scholar changes his ijtihad and does a Muslim have to follow a specific madhab etc.
